1. Gmail Integration & User Interface

  • Request Sidebar: Displays request details, status, and action buttons right next to your Gmail messages.
  • Threaded Comments: Collaborate directly within the email threads, with visibility on all comments and notes.
  • Quick Assign and Status Update Buttons: Assign tasks, update statuses, and add tags directly from the Gmail interface.

How to create/add task: 

Open your Elate Side Panel and click the Task icon

on the right section.Click the plus sign (+)  to create a  new task

These are the fields/options available when creating a task:

  1. Assignee   
  2. Title of the task
  3. Description of the task
  4. Spaces
  5. Date and Time (due/deadline)
  6. Subtask 
  7. Status  (Active or Completed)
  8. +3 (opens additional options for Approval, Related Channel, and Attachments)
  9. 3 Dots:  Delete Task
  10. Filter (allows you to filter by Status or Assignee)
