Spaces is a collaboration and messaging tool within Gmail that allows users to create associated Spaces for team discussions, file sharing, and project collaboration.
1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the Elate Logo Icon
2. Click the gear icon.
3. Click Spaces
4. Click ‘Add’
5. Enter the Space Name
6. Add Members to the Space
7. Manage Access Settings
