1. Update your Best Case Software. Please follow the simple steps provided on this procedure guide
Note: for Macbook Users, you may be required to do a complete removal and reinstallation of Best Case Software after performing the update process.
2. After the update is complete, relaunch the Best Case Software. Try using the OneTouch feature again to file a case. (If the problem continues after updating, proceed to Step 3.)
3. A patch update may be required to resolve this OneTouch issue. Please contact Best Case support to obtain the latest patch via e-mail: bchelp@stretto.com or Phone number: 1-800-492-8037.
Note: The patch needs to be installed on the server where Best Case software is running.
