This procedure will demonstrate how to install a New Level Agent on your Computers and Servers. For each Computer / Server, please identify the Operating System (Windows, Mac, Linux) and follow the corresponding steps outlined below. If you need any assistance at any point during this process, please do not hesitate to reach out.
1. Before you begin, you should have received a file from Elate called ‘Level Agent Installer’. If you have not received this file, please request this from Elate now.
2. Please note that you must have an Admin on your computer in order to proceed with this installation
1. Download the Level Agent Installer file provided by Elate to your computer
2. After downloading the file, please locate the file named “Level Agent Installer”. Right click on the file and select “Run with PowerShell”
3. A window will pop up asking you to verify the changes. Click the “Yes” button to continue.
4. The installation will now start. After the installation is complete the window will automatically close and kindly notify the elate team if the installation is already completed.

2. After downloading the file, please locate the file named “Level Agent Installer”.
3. To run this file, go to the terminal and type “cd Download” then type “chmod +x “Level Agent Installer”. In this way the file is now executable.
4. Double click the executable version of the “Level Agent Installer”. A terminal window will appear and will now start the installation. Please do note that it will require an administrator password. Kindly input your password to begin the installation.
5. As you can see the installation is already completed. Kindly notify the elate team if the installation is already complete.
