Sync for Procore allows you to display and organize all of your Smartsheet and Microsoft Project Online data into Procore's Document Library while also seamlessly connecting all of your project's schedules, calendars, and logs.

Connect project : this button fetches the information from Procore and generates a list of projects you can connect to Sync for Procore.
Note : When connecting a project, you can use the “Quick set up” which automatically generates both project and private calendar items and a project schedule.
While selecting “Connect”, you have the option to create new file or connect an existing smartsheet or MS projection Online/desktop”
Once connected, you have the following options inside your project settings:
Rematch Columns - this will allow you to rematch the columns and apply the correct properties by choosing the correct drop drown options.
Disconnect - allows you to disconnect the Smartsheet/MS project online file from the project.
Open - this button opens the actual Smartsheet/Microsoft Project online file. This opens new tab wherein you can work/update your sheet’s “Task name, start date, finish date, etc.”
Note: Be sure to click save (then Publish for MS project online) to apply or push changes in Procore.
Below the Project settings, you can find what type of Connection(s) has been established for that project.
View sync page: You may also click the “View Sync” button to check view logs of completed, failed, and all sync connections.
