1. Go to sync.cyberco.com and login your account.
2. To connect a Microsoft Project Online, click the “Connect Project” button located at the upper right corner of the page.
3. Then it will show the list of Procore projects that you currently have. Select the Procore project that you want to use (1). Then you have two options to connect: Quick Set-Up or Connect.
The “Quick Set-Up” is intended for Smartsheet integration. If you select the “Quick Set-Up” you’ll be automatically connected to Smartsheet. So in this case we will select option number 2 which is the “Connect (2)”.
4. After clicking the “Connect” it will redirect you to the Project Schedule Page(1). On the Project Schedule Page, you can select which tool you’ll use, either a Smartsheet, Microsoft project online or Microsoft project desktop. For this article we will use the Microsoft Project Online (2).
5. After selecting the Microsoft Project Online, click Continue.
6. A message will appear asking you to choose if there is an existing file or to create a new file. Click “Yes” if there is already an existing file and Choose “No” if this is the first time to create a file. (Please do note that we recommend to use “No” to avoid column mismatch)
Note: If you choose No, the system will automatically generate a default sheet from your Microsoft Project Online. If you click “Open”, it will redirect you to your Microsoft Project Online.
7. To check the sync log. Go to “View Sync”. View Sync is located under your project(1). Click the “View Sync” and it will redirect you to the sync logs page.
Note: Sync for Procore is only compatible with Microsoft Project License Plans P3 and P5. These License Plans are the only License Plans that use the ‘Project Web App’ template which allows you to have a Project Web App URL.
