From the main dashboard, you will see the list of Procore projects you’ve connected. On the right side are icons that indicate whether the project is connected or not. A green icon indicates that the project (Calendar items, Private calender items, Project schedule) is connected.
Then gray icons below are projects that don't have an active connection/sync.
When you see this (red icon), it represents that the project is 'Paused'.
To connect a project, simply hover your mouse and click 'Connect Project'.
Tip: If you have multiple projects to choose from, use the search bar (filter by project name) to easily search from your connected projects.
On the upper right, this will help you select If you have access to more than one Procore company
1. Username/Email ; has a drop down feature that allows you to open Settings, Connections, Reports, and log out buttons.
2. Settings: Has options That allow you to receive a notification through email , Use to Allow “Login” to view general information about the company including company name and the company users.
3. Connections: This is used to connect to Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Project Desktop.
4. Reports: are used to check actively syncing projects.
5. Log out : this will simply log you out of your Sync for Procore account.
Project Settings: This feature helps you view project settings for calendar items, private calendar items, and the project schedule. It also enables you to access settings for connecting or creating a project file.
The icons below give you an overview of the type of project you’re connected to.
View Sync: allows you to see the history of synchronization changes, errors, and the time it was synced.
Note: The red flag indicates you made changes on your file

Billing responsibility: Is the person to whom the billing assignments are allocated.
Delete Project: This feature allows you to delete a project. You will be asked twice to confirm that you want to delete the project.
